  * He's the great-nephew of John Wayne.

  *  He won the WBO Boxing Championship from George                     Foreman in 1993 and it to Michael Bentt in 1994.

*  In 1989, Morrison had 19 wins, 15 by knockout. Among

      the fighters beaten were former Mike Tyson opponents

      Lorenzo Boyd, Dave Jaco and Lorenzo Canady, as well

      as, former George Foreman opponents Steve Zouski &

      Ken Lakusta.

  *  He won three fights in 1995 before meeting Razor

      Ruddock for the IBC Heavyweight Championship.

  * Tommy is a  huge Elvis fan.

  *  In 1988, his senior year, he won the Kansas City

      Golden Gloves.

       In the Olympic trials, he advanced to the finals & lost

       to Army Sergeant Ray Mercer, eight years his senior.

  * Seeing the Stallone classic "Rocky" was what really                     inspired him to go pro with his boxing.

  * In 1988 he won the Kansas City, Mo., Golden Gloves,                    advanced to the National Gloves in Omaha and got

       invited to the western Olympic trials. He came up

       short in Concord, Calif., where he lost a split decision

       to heavyweight Ray Mercer, who went on to win a

       gold medal in Seoul.

  *  Originally aspired to be an actor like his grand-uncle,

      but with all the boxers in his family going on at that

      time, his mother pressured him to try out for Golden

      Gloves. He won. He was 25-0 before he realized that

      boxing was something he wanted to do full-time.

  * Tommy always wanted to be an actor, but fell into

      boxing because of his mother's wishes.

      There was so much success in the family with boxing

      that she encouraged him to compete.

  *  He made a brief cameo in the film They Live in 1988.

Mia Rosales-St. John was born in San Francisco, California, on June 24, 1967. Her fighting career started soon after, at the age of six, competing in Tae Kwon Do. Growing up she set for herself the goal of graduating from college (she put herself through school by modeling for posters and calendars). During those years, Mia also managed to earn a black belt, a record of 27-1 and received a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from California State University of Northridge in June of '94.

In 1996, Mia decided to pursue her true passion full-time, the sport of combat. Valentines Day, 1997, Mia made her pro-debut in boxing, knocking out her opponent in fifty-four seconds into the first round. She has continued to live up to her billing "THE KNOCKOUT" ever since.

Mia signed with Don King and stayed with him for a year and a half before she dropped King for his rival Bob Arum of Top Rank. At Top Rank, Mia spent four years opening for all of Oscar De La Hoya's major fights.

In the November 1999 issue of Playboy magazine, Mia appeared on the cover along with an eleven page celebrity pictorial. Mia insisted the pictures maintain a boxing theme so that the world would know she is a fighter first and foremost because as Mia's mother once told her "Fighters are not made, they are born and my daughter was born a fighter."

On October 2001, Mia St. John fought to become a free agent so she could pursue one of her dreams - to fight Christy Martin. December 2002, Mia got her wish and went 10 amazing rounds with Martin.

As well as being a hard-hitting boxer, Mia is media savvy. She has made appearances on such shows as, Jay Leno, Conan O'brien, "Good Morning America," "Entertainment Tonight," "Extra," "The Best Damn Sports Show," "E," and countless others. She has also acted in commercials and played herself on the t. v. show "Pacific Blue." Mia also has her own Playstation game by EA sports.

Currently her own exercise DVD "Million Dollar Workout" is in stores now nationwide in both English and Spanish. She is also working on a new career in hosting for networks such as, Fox Sports Net, ESPN and color commentating many of the Pay Per View fights. Mia is also an author, in November of this year her fitness book, "The Knock-Out Body Plan" will be in stores.
